Overview for Active Participants
Eligibility
If you are an hourly bargaining active employee, your employer contributes a set amount on your behalf for each hour you work. Contributions initially go into your Dollar Bank. Once your Dollar Bank has enough money to provide you with six months of eligibility (currently $8,550), remaining contributions for hours worked up to 2,200 hours go into your HRA account. You can use your HRA to cover the cost of deductibles, coinsurance, dental, vision, other medical payments, and self-payments.
To view your eligibility and HRA balance, visit your individual participant portal using the Log In button at the top of the page.
