Reaching Medicare Age Soon?
As a Medicare-eligible Retiree, you will be covered by a Medicare Advantage Plan.
Your coverage requires that you:
- Enroll in Medicare Part A and Part B
- Make your Retiree self-payments
- NOT enroll in another Medicare plan offered by other independent companies
Three months before you turn 65, you will receive an enrollment packet and application. Complete the application, and return it in the enclosed envelope as soon as you receive the form. You will continue to receive bills for your premiums from Wilson-McShane.
If you become Medicare-eligible before you turn 65, you will need to contact Wilson-McShane and tell them you are now Medicare-eligible. They will have an enrollment packet sent to your address.
